Purely Saltspring is a small, privately owned BC company that strives to create the very best body care products on the local market today. The company was born following a healing journey spent on Saltspring Island which became a place of soothing refuge and joyful renewal. The discovery of the therapeutic benefits of essential oils led to a wonderful cleansing experience for both founders of the company. This inspired them to create a product line with pure ingredients that would benefit the body, mind and soul.

 

Our products are infused with essential oils which gives them their unique scent and colouring. Our luxurious shea butter soaps are hand crafted in small batches and are available in a variety of essential oil scents - lavender bergamot, lemongrass, spicy mint, ylang ylang, ginger/lime and lavender seaweed. Their long-lasting special formulas contain no artificial colours, fragrances, preservatives or toxins. All colours and scents are derived from natural oils, herbs and spices. The soaps moisturize gently, repairing and replenishing skin with ingredients that benefit, not hinder the skin. When unwrapped, the soaps give an exquisite scent to the room. Our products cannot compare to ordinary hotel products. They create an overall therapeutic experience, and guests who have used them recognize their unique properties. In addition to soap slices that we offer for hotel rooms, we offer a 90g bar wrapped in a sleeve for retail sale.

 

Purely Saltspring products are sodium laurel-sulphate free with no artificial colours or fragrance. All are scented with a blend of fresh lavender/tangerine essential oils. Our body lotion is fresh smelling and will rejuvenate tired skin and restore moisture. For large volume orders we can create a custom scent if desired.

 

With growing concern for the environment, dispensers are gaining in popularity across the hospitality market, including high-end properties. The use of dispensers avoids excessive packaging waste. They have always been used in spas, powder rooms and restaurants and are now appearing in hotel rooms with more frequency. Our dispensers are very attractive and will add to the decor of your space. They are filled from our gallon bottles and are much more cost effective than small bottles. Your amenity costs will decrease substantially with their use. In addition, your housekeepers will appreciate the convenience of dispensers and their use will reduce your housekeepers' workload. They are easy to install with silicone and two-sided tape provided with the dispenser. Tools and drilling are not required. Installation is quick with no resulting wall damage. Your guests will appreciate the sensitivity to environmental concerns that the use of dispensers demonstrates. Thousands of small plastic bottles will not be added to landfills.

 

Due to our company's small size, we are able to retain flexibility and build orders to suit individual property preferences. We offer low delivery charges within Vancouver. Regular shipping rates apply outside this area. Low minimum orders available and we are also happy to fulfill large volume orders.

If giving guests a special treat to take home is one of your goals with amenity products, and if you have significant volume, we can provide one ounce bottles of either body lotion or body wash. The small samples of product will be a lovely memento of your guest's stay at your property.

As we have moved to a more accessible space, we are happy to announce that those who wish to pick up orders to avoid shipping charges will now be able to do so. We do, however, require advance notice so we can have your order ready for you.
